I am really enjoying my online-from-the-comfort-of-my-bed-or-couch photography class.
I purchased Photography 101 and Photography 102 together... with over 20 videos /topics to watch at my pace. So far I've learned about ISO, aperture, and shutter speed and already my photos have greatly improved. Now that I'm learning the "M"... I'm not sure I'll ever go back.
And this little corner of the web where this kind handyman and I capture our love story will surely benefit from better photos.
Learning to truly use my DSLR was apart of my blogging resolution for 2013 (have you thought about your new years resolutions lately?). I'm doing well with 4 and 5... 1, 2, and 3 not-so-much.
As for what inspired me to finally take the plunge to be a student of this DSLR... changes ahead. By this fall, we may be increasing from a family of two to a family of four. I have no plans to take this experience in through a lens, but I would love to capture even a few special photographs that we can treasure.
Plus, I love the feeling of being a student again... minus packing and moving and being terribly poor and eating way too much Subway.
#welcomebackstudents.
*This is not a sponsored post. I just love to share great finds and experiences. I sincerely recommend this class for DSLR beginners.
